سيتم التفاوض وفقاً للقرار 2046 و سيبداء التفاوض بالقضية الانسانية آولاً و من ثم يتم التفاوض الشامل لكل قضايا السودان وليس قضية المنطقتين كما يدعى المؤتمر الوثنى ،، فالحركة الشعبية لتخرير السودان - شمال تؤمن إيمان قاطع بان الحل الشامل هو المخرج الوحيد لحل آزمات الوطن و الوصول الى سلام مستدام ،، فان لم يرضى المؤتمر الوثنى التفاوض على هذا الاساس فعلية أن يستعد للرحيل بالقوة ،،،
