مبادرة ﻻ لقهر النساء
بيان حول فظاعات أجهزة القمع في مواجهة طالبات دارفور
امتداداً ﻻنتهاكات النظام في كامل البلاد خاصة مناطق الحرب، وتحديداً في دارفور سواءً التي تعم شرورها أو التي تستهدف النساء خاصة، من قصف وحرق للقرى ونهب للممتلكات واغتصاب للنساء وتقتيل وتشريد طال ثلث سكان الإقليم بين ﻻجئين بتشاد ونازحين بمختلف مدن دارفور والسودان؛ تأتي أحداث داخلية البركس المبتدئة في ثاني أيام عيد الأضحى المبارك الموافق اﻻحد 5 أكتوبر الجاري والمستمرة حتى الآن، كملمح إضافي لبربرية وعنصرية وﻻ أخلاقية هذا النظام.
إذ وضمن خطة ممنهجة لتصفية الوجود الدارفوري بمؤسسات التعليم العالي صدر أمر بإخلاء طالبات دارفور بداخلية البركس في يوم 25 سبتمبر الماضي من قبل الصندوق القومي لرعاية الطلاب، أعقبه ترحيل للطالبات بشكل مؤقت لداخليات متفرقة بوﻻية الخرطوم الشيء الذي رفضته غالبية الطالبات تمسكاً بحقهن في سكن دائم ﻻ حلول وقتية غير آمنة في ظل اكتظاظ داخليات المصب التي سينقلن لها. وفي النهاية تم تنفيذ الأمر بوحشية بدءاً بيوم الأحد 5 أكتوبر، حيث اقتحمت الداخلية قوة تبلغ المئات من قوات مكافحة الشغب، وجهاز الأمن، وقوات الدعم السريع؛ محمولة على التاتشرات والبكاسي والدفارات ويصحبها المسئولون في الصندوق والمشرفون على الداخلية وعدد من طالبات المؤتمر الوطني، وكانوا مدججين بالعصي والعصي الكهربائية، وقاموا باختطاف عشرات الطالبات وإيداعهن أماكن مجهولة ومتفرقة تابعة لجهاز الأمن، حيث رصدت الطالبات 22 طالبة معتقلة بأسمائهن إضافة إلى 28 طالبة أخرى شوهدن وهن يختطفن من أمام الداخلية بدون التعرف على هوياتهن، أي أن عدد المعتقلات يبلغ الخمسين. كما شردت عشرات أخريات أخرجن قسرا وحرم غالبيتهن من أخذ ممتلكاتهن، بعد تعرضهن ﻻنتهاكات تندى لها الجبين؛ من ضرب الطالبات في أماكن حساسة، وجرجرتهن، والتحرش الجنسي بهن، بل وتعرض بعضهن لوسائل ابتزاز قذرة حيث عرين من ملابسهن وتم تصويرهن وتهديدهن بتلك الصور، إضافة للتحرش اللفظي بألفاظ بذيئة وعنصرية، وغير ذلك من وسائل العنف ضد النساء.
إن تنصل النظام القمعي عن تعهداته في اتفاقية أبوجا 2006 بحظوظ لدارفور في مؤسسات التعليم العالي هو سياسة نفذت بعنف ظهر في مواجهة احتجاجات الطلاب لدرجة قتل أربعة من طلاب دارفور بجامعة الجزيرة في ديسمبر 2012م لتفريق اعتصام الطلاب المطالبين بحقوقهم، وهي الجريمة التي تعكس مدى الدموية والعنصرية التي يتعامل بها النظام إزاء هذا الملف. وتأتي حادثة داخلية (البركس) الحالية دليلاً حياً على مدى العنف ومبلغ العنصرية الذي واجهت بها أجهزة النظام طالبات جامعيات عزل بعيدات عن أهاليهن في شهر حرام وإبان العيد.
لقد بدأت هذه المأساة منذ عام 2011م بمحاولة منهجية لتصفية طالبات دارفور بداخلية البركس التي تشكل أكبر تجمع للطالبات في وﻻية الخرطوم ويتم فيها إسكان آﻻف الطالبات من مختلف الجامعات بالوﻻية. وطيلة الأعوام الدراسية التي تلت ظلت أوامر الإخلاء تصدر ويمنعها تضامن الطالبات، مع رفض تسجيل الطالبات الجدد، ثم عزل طالبات دارفور في قسم خاص حتى يتسنى اﻻستفراد بهن من بين بقية الطالبات. وأخيراً جاءت المحاولة الوحشية الحالية مؤكدة مضي السلطات بعزيمة في تنفيذ تصفية الوجود الدارفوري في الداخلية بكل صلف وعنصرية.
إن مبادرة لا لقهر النساء إذ سعت ﻻلتقاء الطالبات وتوثيق اﻻنتهاكات التي تعرضن لها، وأزمعت على مناصرتهن بكافة الوسائل المعنوية والمادية تطالب الجهات المسئولة وعلى رأسها الصندوق القومي لدعم الطﻻب، وسلطة دارفور اﻻنتقالية، ووزارة التعليم العالي، والجامعات التي تنتسب لها الطالبات المشردات أو المعتقلات، وكافة القوى السياسية والمنظمات الوطنية والدولية المعنية بحقوق الإنسان وحقوق المرأة والمهتمة بالشأن الدارفوري للعمل فوراً على تحقيق التالي:
أوﻻً: إطلاق سراح الطالبات المعتقلات فوراً.
ثانياً: إيقاف الهجمة الوحشية على الطالبات والسماح لهن بالبقاء في الداخلية وعدم التعرض لهن ﻻحقاً.
ثالثاً: أن يتم إعفاء الطالبات اللائي اعتقلن أو تشردن من اﻻمتحانات الوشيكة وغيرها من الالتزامات الأكاديمية العاجلة.
رابعاً: العمل العاجل على إيواء الطالبات واعاشتهن لحين حل المشكلة.
خامساً: الوصول لمعالجات طويلة المدى بشأن طلاب دارفور في الجامعات والمعاهد العليا بما يضمن حقوقهم في فرص التعليم واﻻسكان واﻻعاشة وان تتكفل الدولة بذلك كأحد متطلبات الوحدة الوطنية.
سادساً: وقف التفرقة الجهوية والعنصرية في إسكان الطالبات، والعودة لنظام الدمج في الإسكان، ووقف كافة سياسات فرق تسد التي مزقت النسيج الاجتماعي وخلخلت مفاصل الوحدة الوطنية.
سابعاً: مساءلة الجهات التي ارتكبت اﻻنتهاكات المذكورة وتعويض الضحايا من الطالبات معنوياً ومادياً.
إننا في المبادرة لن يغمض لنا جفن حتى نوقف هذه الهجمة البربرية وحتى نضمن لطالبات دارفور أبسط حقوقهن ونعري الجناة، مؤكدين أن ما يحدث لهو جزء من مخطط تفكيك الوطن وتقسيمه والذي ﻻ ولن نسمح به، يحدونا إيمان راسخ بأن الشعب السوداني واحد وأن الدم السوداني واحد.

No Oppression to Women Initiative
Statement on the Horrific Actions of the GoS? Repressive Security Forces Against Darfuri Female Students in ?Baraks? Dorms
The violations of the Sudanese Government against the Sudanese people, especially the war-torn areas, and particularly Darfur, either those affecting all the population, or targeting women in particular, such as the aerial bombardment, burning of villages, killing and looting of property, raping women which led to displacing one third of the region?s population, who are either now refugees in Chad or IDPs in the different Darfur or Sudan?s cities; has now shown their ugly face at the ?Baraks? dorms? events, starting on the second day of Eid al-Adha (5th October) and ongoing until the publishing of this statement, as a characteristic of this barbaric, racist and immoral Regime.
As part of a systematic plan to eradicate Darfuri students from higher education institutions, the National Endowment Fund for Students ordered the students to evacuate the dorms by 25th September, and offered them temporary allocation to boarding houses in different parts of Khartoum State. This order was rejected by the majority of the students who insisted on their right to permanent and safe housing solutions rather than being forced into already overcrowded boarding houses. In the end, the command was executed, with brutal force on Sunday October 5th, when hundreds of riot police, Rapid Support Forces and security forces entered the dorms, armed with sticks and electric batons, and accompanied by Officials from the National Endowment, the Dorm Management and a number of National Congress Party students. They kidnapped dozens of female students and took them to different unknown NISS? places. The students confirmed detaining 22 students listed in name, and a further 28 who were witnessed while being kidnapped outside the dorms without being able to identify them, bringing the total number of the detained students to 50.
Additional tens of students were evicted by force and many were prevented from collecting their personal belongings, after being subjected to verbal and physical assault. Some students were blackmailed by photos taken of them after stripping off their clothes, as well as being verbally abused by the use of racist and sexual obscenities and various forms of violence against women such as dragging them around, beating and fondling sensitive parts of the body.
The withdrawal of this repressive government from its pledges in the 2006 Abuja Agreement, which allocated quotas to Darfuri students in the higher education institutions, is a policy implemented violently. This was obviously shown in killing of 4 Darfuri Students at Gezera University in December 2012 only to disperse the sit-in of the students rejecting that withdrawal; a crime showing how bloodily and racially the regime handles the case. The current ?Baraks? event is life evidence to the very brutality and racism which the regime?s apparatus faces those undefended university female students with, albeit during a sacred Muslim time and amid the Eid event.
This tragedy had started in 2011 by the GoS methodologically trying to filter-out Darfuri students from the ?Baraks? Dorms which has the largest concentration of students in Khartoum State, housing thousands of students from various universities in the State. Since then, evacuation orders were issued annually, but were prevented by the solidarity of the students, and strategies such as refusing new students registration, were employed by the authorities, culminating in the isolation of Darfur students in a special section so as to single them out (for attack) from the rest of the students. The current events at the ?Baraks? and what was involved of intimidation and abuse, stress that the GoS is adamant about continuing its policy of violence and racial arrogance to eliminate the presence of Darfuri students in the dorms.
The ?No Oppression to Women Initiative? sought meeting with students to document abuses they have suffered, and plan to stand in solidarity by any means necessary–moral and material–for the welfare of students, categorically. We call on all stakeholders, especially the National Endowment Fund for Students and the Darfur Transitional Regional Authority, the Ministry of Higher Education, and the universities that the displaced or detained students are affiliated with, political forces and all national and international organizations and activists who are concerned with human rights and women rights, and with Darfur affairs, to take immediate action to achieve the following:
First: Release female students? detainees immediately.
Second: Stop the brutal onslaught on the students, allow them to remain in the dorms and never subject them to further attacks.
Third: Exempt students who have been detained or displaced from impending exams and other pressing academic assignments.
Fourth: Carry out urgent action to provide for the accommodation of the affected students until the problem is permanently resolved.
Fifth: Establish long-term solutions for Darfur students in higher education institutions to ensure their access to education, housing and subsistence, to be provided by the GoS as one of the requirements of national unity.
Sixth: Stop racial and regional discrimination in the student housing system, and all other divide-and-conquer policies that have torn our social fabric and national unity.
Seventh: Investigate and make those who committed the violations aforementioned accountable and compensate the student victims morally and materially.
We in the initiative will not rest until we bring to a halt this barbaric attack; bring justice to the female students from Darfur as well as expose their offenders. We understand that the ?Baraks? events are part of the larger scheme to tear the Country apart, which we vow never to allow to happen. We firmly believe that the Sudanese are One People and that our Blood is Equal.

ما أهانهن الا لئيم
ياأهل دارفور دعوا هذه العنصرية فإنها منتنة ! قل لي يا كاتب هذا الكلام القبيح كيف تتحرش طالبات المؤتمر الوطني جنسيا بطالبات دارفور ؟ هذا كلام عجيب .
نماذج التهميش و القهر و الظلم و التسلط على دارفور أفضل حل و أى زول عاقل يفهمه هو إنضمام دارفور لتشاد
والله آخر دلع للدارفوريين . عفو عن الرسوم فوضى في كل مكان يفعلون ما يشاءؤون دون أي مساءلة . مالكم كيف تحكمون ؟!!. يجب معاملة أبناء دارفور كبقية أهل السودان دون تمييز لهم ما لنا وعليهم ما علينا. لكن الحاصل غير كدة وبرضو ما راضين .
هذا سلوك جبان وقذر من السلطة وأجهزتهاوليس سلوك رجال وأولاد بلد. بل هو سلوك ممنهج ومقصود وليس وليد الصدفة. وقد عقدت له إجتماعات متكررة للجان سياسية وأمنية، وضعت الخطط والبرامج الخبيثة في كيفية معاملة طلاب وطالبات دارفور. ونحن نعلم ذلك تماماً وسوف يحاسب الجناة عاجلاً أم آجلاً.
ما حدث لطالبات دارفور في داخلية البركس هو حقد أعمي من الأجهزة الحكومية الأمنية الجهوية العنصرية ضد طالبات عزل لا حول لهن ولا قوة من كلاب لا يمكون أدني صفة من صفات الرجولة والشهامة وهم لهم أخوات وأمهات في نفس الوقت!!
الملاحظ إنو أي خبر متعلق بدارفور تعلق عليه الأجهزة الأمنية ودجاجها وجرادها الألكتروني، بشئ من الإستخفاف ومحاولة تشتيت الموضوع وصرفه إلي موضوع نقاش آخر وجر الناس إلي العنصرية والجهوية. وهذا ملاحظ من التعليقات في الراكوبة ومنها هذا الموضوع.
نقولها لهؤلاء الرعاء مثل هذه الأساليب مهما فعلتم مثلها أوأبشع منها، فإنها لم تخيف شخصاً حراً، ولم تغير في واقع النضال شيئاً ولن تثني أحداً عن بلوغ التغيير الجذري الذي سوف يطال بإذن الله جميع مناحي الحياة في السودان حتي ينعم الجميع بالعدالة والمساواة والإستقرار.
وليعلم كل هؤلاء الأبالسه أن عدم الرد في مثل هذه الأماكن ومنها الأسافير لا يعتبر عدم متابعة للموضوع وعجز، كله مدون ومسجل بيومه وتاريخه وشخوصه. وسيأتي اليوم الذي يندم فيه كل مجرم. وسيعلم الذين ظلموا أي منقلب ينقلبون.
