قال الرئيس الإيراني حسن روحاني إن الإيرانيين قالوا كلمتهم خلال الانتخابات. وشدد على أن خيار الإيرانيين أكد على رغبة الشعب الإيراني بالانفتاح على العالم وإصراره على نبذ ورفض التطرف والانغلاق.
