Dear Dr. Hamdok,
Building upon the Constitutional Document for the Transitional Period, 2019, and the objectives of the Freedom and Change Declaration Forces Declaration and in order to achieve the aspirations of the Sudanese people revolution in freedom, justice and peace, the Sudanese Revolution Support Committees are honored to express to Your Excellency their willingness and readiness to support your government IN realizing the heavy tasks of the transitional period.
In order to streamline the communications and coordination between the Sudanese Revolution Support Committees Abroad , and the Sudanese in diaspora in general, and your transitional government, this memo raises some questions needed to be clarified and highlights some important issues to maximize the role of the Sudanese expatriate in achieving the crucial objectives of the Sudanese revolution:
A. General issues:
• To establish a coordinative body to facilitate communications and coordination and mobilize the Sudanese expatriate resources in an appropriate way to enable the government to achieve its objectives.
• A detailed action plan/framework needs to be laid out to realize genuine change in Sudan.
• How the transitional government sees the role of the Sudanese expatriate and what they can do in rebuilding Sudan over the transitional period and how the transitional government may facilitate such role.
• What is the most challenging part and obstacle facing the mission of the transitional government and what its plan and timeline to overcome that.
• What are the specific objectives/targets that Mr. prime minister and his government set out for the Sudanese people from their first day in office and what the timeline you set to achieve them?
• Would Mr. prime minister and his government step down if they fail to achieve their 6-month objectives/targets?
• How do Mr. prime minister and his government see Sudan changing in 2 years and how you see yourself creating such change?

• The Constitutional Document clearly defines the authorities and the roles of each of the transitional period governing bodies, especially the executive branch, the sovereign council and the council of ministers. However, it is noted that the military component of the sovereign council is usurping the executive authority of the council of ministers by performing some executive functions which should be exclusively performed by the council of ministers. Has your government taken any measures/steps to stop them from such usurpation?

B. Other issues: Other issues which may be within the jurisdiction of other branches of the transitional bodies, on which the position of Mr. prime minister and his government needs to be disclosed:

• The issue of the justice for victims of September 2013 uprising. It has been six years since then and none of the perpetrators of these heinous crimes has been brought to justice.
• How Mr. prime minister and his government is going to deal with the Sudanese assets which have been looted and stolen through corruption by the members of the deposed regime and hidden abroad in the form of bank accounts and real estate abroad in the billions of US dollars.
• How Mr. prime minister and his government is going to deal with the revenues of goldmining, specifically Jabal Amr goldmines.
