جزء من الكاركتير غير صائب , فنظير الذهب و الأتاوات السودانية دافعت روسيا عن الأجهزة الامنية التى تدير الحكومة فى مجلس الامن الدولى و الامم المتحدة , والا لكان البشير و لجنته الامنية الان فى لاهاى.
ويجدر الذكر بأن روسيا تمد السودان ببعض الاسلحة مثل الرصاص و البمبان الذى يقتل به المتظاهرين , أما الدفاع الجوى المتقدم مثل تور أم 2 و غيرها , فتلك تكلف أكثر من السكوت عن قتل المتظاهرين و العزل و اغتصاب حرائر الشعب .
ربما يتعين على الحكومة السودانية توفير خدماتها لروسيا فى مجال الاغتيالات السياسية و الارهاب العالمى.
