Project to resettle Sudanese refugees in their homeland in safe, spiritual cities under international protection, and genuine reconstruction to restore the five regions and 11 institutions, erasing Sudan’s distorted image.
6 sacred places + reconstruction of Halfa Al-Kadima first:

Kdebas, Northern Region
Hamshakoreb, Eastern Region
Jazira Aba, Central Region
Zareeba, Kordofan Region
Kabkabiya, Darfur Region
Masid Sheikh Al-Amin, Omdurman
Establish prefab houses with China’s help, stopping stolen gold revenue, and support from respectful, friendly countries.
The project starts with establishing and planning these cities: airports, universities, schools, hospitals, water, electricity, industrial and craft zones.
First, create 100,000 housing units per site… Dignity Cities expand with regional stability…
Then, register returning refugees based on their preferred Dignity City.
Upon return, gradual resettlement begins.
People’s consultation and participation in managing their regions and resources under international supervision, achieving a respectable central government managing regions on democratic, federal, socialist, civil bases – unlike the current fake, disappointing, and inhumane reality…
