The cover of ALKAABAH used to be provided by The SULTAN ALI DINAR the last Sultan of Darfur until he was murdered by the British in 1916. He used to order it from Maroco and brought to Darfur, then it was sent from Darfur in what was know as AL MAHMAL ALMAHAMADI which was a large caravan loaded with many gifts for the the poor people who used to live in Mecca. The Rulers of Gazirat Alarab ( The old name for Saudi Arabia) gave The Sultan Ali Dinar some lands by the KAABAH, which has been taken later by AL SAUD to extend the The Mosque ( ALMASJID ALHARAM). ALSAud have tried to compensate the surviving members of The Sultan Ali Dinar for the land taken to extend the Holly Mosque, but the greediness of some Memebers of the Saudi Royal Family who wanted to take the large part on the compensation money put things on Hold after the death of Brig. Saad Bahar who was authorized by the Family of the Sultan Ali Dinar to act on their behalf.
