طالما تمت تبرئته من جرائم الإختلاس و السرقات للمال العام ، كان من المفترض أن تشفع للرجل قيادته لسلاح الطيران في حرب أكتوبر التي هزمت فيها مصر إسرائيل لكن يظهر بأن الحكاية جايطة و المسألة أخوي هايص و أنا لايص يا حليل ارض الكنانة “أصبحت مسرح صراعات و أحقاد و إنتقامات بين شباب و شيوخ” الله يستر على الشقيق السودان من مسرحية هايص و لايص المحتملة في 2012 الجارية حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل
