Governments whether in the local levels or the regional levels are systems of ruling that takes its popularity shape profoundly from the peoples themselves, their good abide by bottom up structures, that are able to address in the parallel administrative manner all or most of the general and basic needs of specific geographical destinations and they are totally derived from the people themselves. Which in theory and practical life, means that they are in position gradually to enable assuring the rule of law and good governance systems at all, as that should be the characters day to day life matters to deal with, to confirm that something is at least done, for the people and it is automatically sought to be from the same people and finally it is by that definition the people themselves to take their consensus or majority recognized action from their scratch point to being noticed sphere of socio-political and administration wider scope of good governance. Being closer to people is a virtue and credibility, mature enough to be in continuous learning, taking and giving to each other, positively as process success. So what does it mean revolution, if such structural lines of transforming the life of people is not determined wisely, is not there like this one then??!. This region is starting in this transitional way to build up its nation as sampling that will be so constructive to replicate it somewhere, the revolution talks to all in the language of change not only the language of take gun to change life for the better. Hoping that the Blue Nile Region can follow to let the parallel way forward amidst this ongoing war turmoil be of usefulness and follow the civilian affairs professionally too. Khartoum with its genocide war aggression may not dare to do more worst in the presence of organizing people to face these challenges like this one happened at least in the Nuba Mountains Region at all. A step forward for full democratization practices measures in the future and for the fair development scaling of the region?s people in general.
