حذرت المفوضة العليا لحقوق الانسان التابعة للامم المتحدة نافي بيلاي الثلاثاء من ان نصف مليون شخص يقيمون في السودان ويتحدرون من جنوب السودان هم ضحايا التمييز بسبب التوترات بين البلدين.
