مجموعة الازمات الدوليه تحذر من الحلول الجزئيه لأزمات السودان المنتشرة

في سلسلة تقاريرها المتخصصه افردت مجموعة الازمات الدوليه تقاريرا اسمتها ( ازمات السودان المنتشره) خصصت الجزء الاول منها لازمة السودان في مناطق جنوب كردفان , و حددت بشكل تفصيلي جذور الازمة منذ بداياتها الاولي حتي اتفاقية السلام السودانيه , عزت المجموعه تجدد الازمة لتنصل حكومة السودان عن المشورة الشعبيه علاوة علي تداعيات انتخابات الوالي
أمنت المجموعه علي ان الحلول الجزئيه لن تجدي مع الحالة السودانيه لانها قسمة للسلطة فقط و لا تخاطب جذور المشكل بل و مدعاة لظهور حركات مسلحة جديده.
خلص التقرير الي ان الحوار المتبادل الذي بفضي الي حلول شامله و ناجعة هو السبيل الوحيد للخروج بالسودان من وهدته و ان كلا الطرفين المتحاربين في جنوب كردفان لا يملكا ما يمكنهما من احراز نصر عسكري كاسح.

The so-called international morons are bent on pig-headed policies that would not yield any positive results. I feel bitter about the US and AU lopsided position that insists on taking the Sudanese issues by piecemeal not paying heed to rational calls that the Sudanese dilema has got to be tackled inclusively.
