للجنجويد ( بدون الصحراء ، التتار الجدد ) اجندة فى غاية الخطورة على الدول الافريقية اولها التخلخل فى الانظمة العسكرية للدول الافريقية والتحكم بها و من ثم بناء قدرات عسكرية موازية (مليشيات ) من اجل السيطرة على موارد وثروات هذة الدول للوصول للسطة وتشديد قبضه الحكم ، الدول الافريقية المستهدفه هى السودان جمهورية النيجر دولة تشاد جمهورية مالى ودولة افريقيا الوسطى ، وهدفهم اقامة حكم الجنجويد فى هذة الدول كمرحلة اولى .
ثم تاتى المرحلة الثانية بازاحة هذة الدول الافريقية لتاسيس جمهورية الجنجويد الصحراوية بدعم من دول الخليج وبعض الدول العربية الاخرى وبعض العروبيين
