من أبناء أم درمان و هو من الضباط العظام. عمل مديراُ لمكتب البكباشي ( المقدم ) صلاح سالم في مصر لدي قيام ثورة يوليو 1952م. كان شاعراُ غنائياُ مجيداً , أي من أرباب السيف و القلم. يرحمه الله
