برنامج الغذاء العالمي يصدر بطاقة الكترونية جديدة لصرف الحصص الغذائية والنازحون يصفونها بالكارثة
أعلن برنامج الغذاء العالمي عن استخدام بطاقة الكترونية جديدة لصرف الحصص الغذائية لنازحي معسكر زمزم جنوب الفاشر ابتداءا من شهر ديسمبر المقبل. جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع الوفد مع قيادات المعسكر أمس الأربعاء. وقال أحد مشائخ معسكر زمزم لراديو دبنقا ان وفودا من برنامج الغذاء العالمى اجتمع مع عمد ومشايخ واتحاد الشباب والمراة صباح أمس الأربعاء، وأخبرهم بأن البرنامج سيقوم بتغيير البطاقة الحالية للنازحين ببطاقة جديدة إلكترونية لصرف الحصص الغذائية ابتداءا من الحادي عشر من شهر ديسمبر المقبل. وقال الوفد إن اسم النازح فى البطاقة الالكترونية الجديدة سيكون بناءا على الرقم الوطني او البطاقة القومية، وسيسقط الإسم فى حالة عدم مطابقة البطاقة القديمة مع البطاقة الالكترونية الجديدة.
فى ذات الموضوع قال أحد المشائخ الذى شارك فى الاجتماع ” إن قيادات معسكر زمزم انتقدت القرار بشدة واصفين القرار بأنه إطلاق رصاصة الرحمة ودق اخر مسمار فى نعش المعسكر”.
وذلك باعتبار أن غالبية النازحين لا يملكون الرقم الوطني او البطاقة القومية، أو شهادة الميلاد للأطفال حديثي الولادة، إلى جانب ترك الكثير من النازحين المعسكر بحثا عن العمل والرزق. وقال إن قيادات المعسكر طلبت من وفد برنامج الغذاء العالمى مد فترة استخراج البطاقة الالكترونية الجديدة إلى شهر مارس من العام المقبل حتى يتمكن النازحون من الحصول على الرقم الوطني او البطاقة القومية، وشهادة الميلاد للاطفال حديثى الولادة.

UN WFP proves to be one of he NCP arms and supporters ; it has never been before that an IDP or refugee asked for credentials or IDs or whatever legal documents; as long as they are under war zone and security harassment by the militias or the government. It1s really act of conspiracy and un-humanity to request (force) an IDP to obtain ID from the government that is killing him and still committing genocide against his area/ tribe/clan…etc
It`s true that UN is nothing but a lobby group for humanitarian Aid industry. The NCP has (ordered) and official did some pressure on WFP to declare this (regulation as condition to receive the food ration) . The NCP wants to know how is there from it`s opponents and other opposition and anti-NCP movements in such camps. The Sudan general elections are due and therefore such IDPs could easily be used despite the well and knowledge of their owners to cast votes.
The food ration distribution Data base and names of all beneficiaries were known to WFP and the system was (and still) being managed in a very efficient way; All WFP staff in Sudan are fully ware of this fact.
